Flooring
- • The standard flooring is chipboard, both sides untreated (sanded).
- A white underside of the floor provides better lighting conditions under the steel mezzanine.
- The floor is low in vibration and noise due to being laid with the tongue and groove system
- Chipboard flooring provides a pleasant, smooth, clean surface for walking and working.
- The standard flooring is B2 (fire-resistant); B1 (flame-retardant) is possible.
- An anti-slip coating with high abrasion resistance and surface hardness is particularly suitable for operating electric lifting devices on the steel mezzanine.
- Watertightness is achieved by means of sealing the joints of the anti-slip version
- A floor made of chequer plates allows for very high stresses
- Galvanised grating floors can also be used as a smoke exhaust for large mezzanines, and they can be used as conveyor or maintenance platforms

Metal floors made of galvanised steel provide high load-bearing capacity.
Metal grating floors allow a view downwards and the flow of water (e.g. for sprinkler systems).
Railing
The railing provides the necessary safety. GALLER industrial railings are easy to adapt due to a standardised slot-in system and they naturally comply with the relevant regulations for warehouse technology.
Stairs
Stairs can be designed in a wide range of models –in opposite directions, with a pedestal, in various widths and heights. Naturally, the stairs comply with the regulations applicable to the respective area of use.
Pallet transfer station
The transfer station is manufactured economically in a solid design and in various sizes. A barrier chain provides fall protection. Such pallet transfer stations are recommended by the employers’ liability insurance association.
Pallet lock
The pallet lock provides maximum fall protection at transfer stations. This is due to the fact that the swivel railing is always closed on one side – regardless of the transfer direction.
Sliding gate
Sliding gates allow the railing at a transfer station to be opened quickly and safely.
