In addition to the brake, the separator is the heart of the pallet roller conveyor.
The toggle lever separator is designed for extreme loads
Even at high dynamic pressure, the separator’s switch rod remains completely free of pressure.
Separator with foot or hand release for manual order picking
Push-back safety device to prevent unintentional pushing back of the pallet
Locking is also used to keep the first pallet space free.
From the second level, the locking is carried out by a cable pull inside the rack uprights.

Pneumatic separator

The pneumatic separator is used for particularly heavily loaded removal lanes. Here, the separation is not controlled by a mechanism, but instead sensors detect the individual loading aids and trigger the separator. By adapting the control technology accordingly, it is possible to reliably separate pallets of different lengths and weights (e.g. Euro and Düsseldorf pallets). Düsseldorf pallets can thus be made available for removal individually or in pairs on request.
